We loved our 4 night stay at the Oxford. The staff was so kind and the hotel is beautiful. Some bonuses: The speakeasy bar in the hotel. The bourbon tasting in the afternoon. The size of the room. The spa next door. The location!!! Some negatives: The air conditioning was nonexistent--we had to open windows at night, thus hearing nightlife noise. The breakfast is extremely limited--we ended up eating at a cafe next door. In general, the hotel is very expensive--especially parking. I would stay there again, however, because of the location, hotel atmosphere and the staff. But I would never stay in the summer time as the air conditioning is poor and--I would not bring a car to park.

I was in Denver for work and booked my stay at the last minute through Booking.com. When I arrived to the hotel I was told the reservation hadn't gone through because it takes a day or two to process and the hotel was at capacity due to a large event in town. Nonetheless, the hotel finagled a room and honored the reservation, and I am deeply appreciative of the staff who worked hard to accommodate me! Beautiful building and rooms, wonderful relaxing lobby, and beyond exceptional staff. I stayed here because it was the only option I could find, but I will absolutely stay here again. I definitely want to check out the spa next time.

The Oxford exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect. The hotel is historic and beautiful and our room was gorgeous with a fireplace, ornamental mantle and a writing desk. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed brunch at the Urban Farmer and a few nightcaps in the Cruise Room— amazing vibe. The nightly complimentary whiskey tasting was unique and delicious. The Oxford Club offers a fantastic sauna in the locker room, and my massage was fantastic. I can’t wait to stay here again!

The staff was definitely the bright spot of the Oxford Hotel, especially Stewart, the Bellman, who was so helpful in all things LoDo. Everyone makes you feel welcome from the time you step into the lobby. The location was perfect, especially if you need to take the train, do a little shopping, walk to Larimer Square or attend a Rockies baseball game or a concert or game at Ball Arena. Continental breakfast buffet was perfect. And we enjoyed dining at the Urban Farmer.

We had an exceptional stay at the Oxford Hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is gorgeous, with many thoughtful touches - like artwork and historical images. The continental breakfast and evening whiskey tastings were excellent, and the Cruise Room bar was lively and fun. And the location can't be beat - we walked everywhere, and were able to hop on the train to the airport on our way out.
